Thermo Scientific Microm STP420ES Tissue Processor Tissue Processing with no Quality Compromise The unique dual chamber design of the STP420ES offers tremendous operational flexibility to any laboratory looking to get the most from their processing equipment. Both chambers can be run independently, with control and monitoring being provided from the single touch screen interface. The larger chamber, providing a capacity of 360 standard cassettes, features a unique rotational movement which has been shown to increase the flow of processing reagents through the cassette up to 7 fold, dramatically improving fluid exchange and processing speeds. The smaller, 60 cassette capacity, second chamber allows the timely processing of none routine samples without disrupting the main processing run or the need to find the space and budget for a second instrument.

 

STP 120 Spin Tissue Processor

The STP 120 represents a new tissue infiltration instrument, which combines well-proven technologies with innovations in a masterly way. The robust caroussel design is proven and offers reliable technique on smallest space. The instrument includes either 10 reagent and 2 paraffin containers or 9 reagent and 3 paraffin containers. Up to 10 different programs can be stored allowing bath sequences that can be selected freely at individual programmed infiltration times. A system with extraordinary price/performance ratio. Functional and easy to operate. Cleaning system via charcoal filter prevents solvent odors. Easy refilling and emptying of reagent tubs by simple removal.
