HM 355 S Our electronic, motorized rotary microtomes are designed for all applications of paraffin and hard specimens in clinical, research, and industrial labs. These instruments display extraordinary ergonomic characteristics for comfortable operation while maintaining reproducible precision during sectioning.

These instruments feature:

• Retraction (may be turned off)
• Trimming thickness range from 5 to 500 microns
• Movable operating panel for use on left or right side of instrument
• Touch pad keyboard with controls for thickness, mode and speed
• Manual and/or foot pedal control
• Four modes of operation: single, interval, multi, and continuous stroke
• XY orientation
• Integrated and spacious section waste tray

These instruments display extra-ordinary ergonomic characteristics for comfortable operation while maintaining reproducible precision during sectioning.

These instruments feature:

• Trimming thickness range from 5 to 500 microns
• Movable operating panel for use on left or right side of instrument
• Touch pad keyboard with controls for thickness, mode and speed
• Manual and/or foot pedal control

• Connection for optional automatic approach system
• XY orientation
